Thank you for shopping with Vintage Gas Pumps. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our bespoke vintage petrol pumps, globes and air meters. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your eligibility and the conditions for obtaining a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Timeframe: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as received. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Packaging: The item must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure safe transit.
4. Exclusion: Refunds will not be provided for items purchased during a sale or promotional period.

Petrol Pumps Carriage and Restocking Fee:

As Vintage Gas Pumps personally delivers petrol pumps and air meters, we charge a carriage fee for the initial delivery. In the case of a refund, the customer is responsible for covering the carriage cost. 

A restocking fee will also be applied to cover the expenses associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item. The restocking fee will be communicated to the customer upon initiating the refund process.

How to Initiate a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@vintagegaspumps.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide information on the carriage and restocking fees.
4. Pack the product securely in its suitable packaging and send it back to the address provided by our customer service team.

To initiate the return of your Globe:

Contact us by Email at sales@vintagegaspumps.co.uk. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with the return. The shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. 

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the conditions are met, we will process the refund, deducting the carriage and restocking fees. Please allow 28 days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
